2. Please use every company resource and every penny sparingly, be economical, and avoid extravagance and waste. In our industry, the one who can control costs best is the one who survives. At the same time, save every penny of your own; making money won't be so easy in the future.

3. Sengang Company is about to celebrate its 20th anniversary. As the founder, I have never felt such a strong sense of mission to make Sengang better and stronger. I hope everyone will work together towards this goal.

4. I hope everyone has a sense of crisis, responsibility, and mission, continuously strengthens learning, and improves their own quality. Those who cannot actively adapt to the company's development pace may soon be eliminated, whether they are new employees or very senior ones.
